Dedicated to Helping Clients Pursue Their Retirement Goals
As an independent financial professional, Harvey Alberg’s primary goal is to help individuals, families, and small business owners better understand their financial situation and planning strategies for retirement. Whether clients have a question regarding building their assets or developing a consistent income for retirement, Harvey seeks to inform them on the upsides and downsides so they can act as a partner in the decision-making process.
A client once told Harvey that whenever he spoke with him or had a question, Harvey made him feel like the most important person. Harvey’s goal is to build personal, long-term relationships with clients and help them not only prepare for their financial future, but also understand the developed strategies.
As way of maintaining his relationships with clients and providing further education, Harvey occasionally hosts client dinners and educational seminars on a range of financial topics, including retirement and Social Security.
A Client-Centered Process
Harvey believes it’s critical for a financial professional to understand each client’s individual dreams, goals, and objectives. When first meeting with a new client, he talks at length about the client’s philosophies regarding money, their hopes and goals, and how they visualize their retirement years. A critical question Harvey addresses with clients is what they want their relationship with him to be. By understanding how closely or actively a client wants to work with Harvey, he can better ensure he meets their expectations.
Throughout the process of understanding the client’s objectives and developing strategies that align, Harvey always puts the client first. By doing so, he seeks to help clients feel confident in their financial future as they prepare for and live in retirement. Harvey travels throughout the greater Boston area to work with clients in their own home or business so they may feel comfortable and relaxed.
